In my practice, I want to show real alternatives and, above all, solutions. I can meet each person where they are at the moment, but they have to want to do this themselves. If this willingness is there, we can achieve a lot together and improve many things.
We are not just our bodies - illnesses always have a deeper cause and only want to show us something and help us to develop further. I don't see them as suffering, punishment or the like, but as a gift:
When we are ill, we get the chance to change something.
