The Haus der Sinne has a firm place in Berlin's cultural scene, especially as a location for tango (every Friday) and swing (every second Saturday of the month) as well as for live concerts with artists from all over the world (always on Thursdays) in an intimate atmosphere. The venue is very versatile: the Open Stage also takes place every last Sunday of the month - artists of all genres can present themselves, theater projects are realized and the (now legendary) Ganovenball takes place on selected dates throughout the year. Promoting culture is a key objective - the operator of the Haus der Sinne is a non-profit association. The house makes its rooms available for dance courses and training sessions as well as band and theater rehearsals. Artists and cultural workers have a space to meet, try things out and develop.
