In our manufactory on Boxhagener Platz in Berlin's Friedrichshain district, you can treat yourself to the fluffiest original Berlin pancakes (Berliner, Krapfen, Kreppel ...) you could wish for. The round things with the many names come fresh every day and are made from A to Z in our own pastry shop on site. Selected ingredients and sustainability are our top priorities, because only the best for you is good enough for us.

Our pancakes have been awarded top marks for the third time in a row by the German Bread Institute for the third time in a row and can now officially boast "Gold" status in accordance with DLG guidelines.
In addition, the B.Z. recently voted us one of the best bakers in Berlin.
And the magazine DER FEINSCHMECKER has included us in its list of "The best cafés & roasteries in Germany 2022".
