Our origin comes from the food industry. The Barby Bäcker itself, as a store, has existed at General Barby Str. 52, 13403 Berlin under its own name since 2002. Since then, the store has been run and maintained by wonderful people.
Towards the end of December 2016, the managing director, Ms. Verena Bär, bid farewell to the company after more than 14 years of successful management and handed over the bakery to her successor, Ms. Ivana Valent.
Since 01.01.2017, Ivana Valent has been the new Managing Director of Barby Bäcker, announcing that she will continue to positively shape and develop the company.
